Both Engine Room days in full. Thursday 15 and Friday 16 October, 9am to 3pm AEDT each day, live on Zoom.

One pass covers your business. If you run the shop with a partner, you both attend.
How do I attend?
Online, on Zoom. You get a private link by email after you buy. No travel.
Three rules, and they are rules. Camera on. Microphone working, because you will be in breakout rooms. And attend every session.
We have removed people from past events for not doing this. Don't be that person.
Is this two days of being sold to?
No. It is the same two days our paying clients get. They would notice if it turned into a pitch.
We will tell you what the Engine Room is, because you will be sitting in the middle of it. Whether you ask about it is up to you.
Who else is in the room?
Engine Room members from Australia and New Zealand. Most have been with us for years.

Are there recordings? Can I get a refund?
No recordings. You need to attend live. Half the value is the conversation.

What time is it where I am?
Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Hobart: 9am to 3pm.
New Zealand: 11am to 5pm. Brisbane: 8am to 2pm. Adelaide: 8.30am to 2.30pm. Perth: 6am to 12pm.
We run the shop as partners. Can we both come?
Yes, and you should. One pass covers your business.

I'm a manager, not the owner. Can I come?
No. This is for owners. The plan and the conversations are built for the person who makes the decisions.
My shop is under $50,000 a month. Is this for me?
Not yet, and we would rather say so.

Do I need my numbers with me?
It helps. It is not a barrier.
Knowing your rough monthly turnover and team size makes the planning sharper. Nobody will ask you to read your P&L out loud.
